Where a lessee/tenant feels that the provisions of their Pub Company's code of practice have not been followed and it has not been possible to achieve a resolution through the Pub Company's internal dispute procedure the matter can be referred to BIIBAS.

Allegations of a breach of an accredited Code of Practice should be directed to the Scheme Secretariat at the following address:

The allegation and any supporting evidence will be reviewed by the Scheme Secretariat to determine the most appropriate course of action to deal with the complaint.
