'Batemans Brewery is a family run business, established by my Great Grand-Father in 1874. Our tenanted pubs division is called Profit Partnership and we believe in a genuine share between landlord and tenant. We do not have rent reviews and have innovative tenancy agreements which give tenants the opportunity to benefit financially from increasing the value of the goodwill in the business. We also have agreements which encourage and reward tenants for investing in their pub. Our tenants have comfort that they won't be penalised for their endeavours only rewarded. We are probably best known for the fair rents we charge and the level of support we give our tenants. That's why our slogan is " Good Honest Pubs run by Good Honest People.'
