Code of practice'At Charles Wells Pub Company, we believe in building successful businesses together with our licensees and do everything we can to help deliver a great pub experience for their customers.
This approach was a significant factor in being named Pub Company of the Year* at The Publican Awards 2009 and again in 2010. The judges citation in April 2010 read:

Our Code of Practice reflects our open and honest relationship with our licensee customers and we listen to them to make sure we’re providing the support and services they need.
We have an estate of 250 great pubs in fantastic locations, all operating on tenancy or lease agreements and know that we can only be successful if our licensees are successful.
