Rules and Regulations

By applying for Benchmarked Status, a Pub Company undertakes to BIIBAS that it will comply with the Rules.

BIIBAS agrees to comply with the Rules and to notify any Benchmarked Pub Company or any Pub Company who has submitted an application of any amendments to the Rules within a reasonable time by displaying the amended Rules and Regulations on the BIIBAS Website.

Any Pub Company wishing to have its Code of Practice benchmarked in accordance with the Rules may make an application to BIIBAS.

Continued Benchmarked Status will depend on continued compliance with the Rules.
